Windows 8.1 Tutorial - Start Button
This is a short tutorial on using the newly included Start Button in Windows 8.1. Its main purpose is to toggle between the Start Screen and Desktop, but by right clicking on it it gives a menu offering multiple options including shutting down and restarting the PC.
