Windows 8.1 Tutorial - Enable Libraries in File Explorer
In this Windows 8.1 tutorial I demonstrate how to re-enable libraries in Windows 8.1. This type of folder was present in Windows 8 but seems to have been removed by default in Windows 8.1 preview, don't know yet if it will be enabled once Win 8.1 is final.
