Windows 8.1 Tutorial - Open Google Chrome from Desktop and Start Screen
In this Windows 8.1 tutorial I demonstrate how to open Google Chrome from either the desktop or the Start Screen. Changing this setting also change the behavior of Internet Explorer as well so I also show how to get Internet Explorer to open up from both interfaces. There is a setting under the Google Chrome settings in the upper right that allows you to either open Chrome in the Start Screen or the Desktop mode.
