Windows 8.1 Tutorial - Change Lock Screen Background
To change the Lock Screen background in Windows 8.1 you must first make sure you are at the Start Screen. Then you move you mouse pointer to the bottom right corner to access the Charms Bar(you can also press and hold the windows key while pressing the "c' key to access the Charms Bar). Then you click on "Change PC Settings" in the bottom right corner. You next click on PC's & Devices. Here you click on the Lock Screen menu on the left. From here it gives you the option of choosing from various Background images or click on Browse to access any images on your PC.
