Samsung Galaxy S3 tutorial - Turn off The Folder is Open voice notification
In this Samsung Galaxy S3 ( Android ) tutorial I demonstrate how to turn off the "The folder is open" voice prompt when opening and closing folders. This seems to be a bug in Android that if you have any of the services under the accessibility section enabled this voice prompt is enabled and can only be disabled by turning off all the services. You click on the settings button, then you scroll down to the accessibility section near the bottom, then make sure that none of the services are on.
