Support options
Support Options
Rates: $50/Hr. On-Site
$40/Hr. Remote support
Support options include both onsite and remote support options. If you would like us to come to your home for an onsite servie, the rate is $50/Hr. with a minimum 1/2 Hr. charge. This would usually be a good option if the installation or setup of hardware is anticipated. It can also be a good option for the first time using our services as it allows for a face to face meeting.
The second option is for remote or online support. We use a service called Google Helpouts that allow us to connect to and control your PC remotely without having to actually be at your residence. You have control over when and how long we connect to your computer and can stop the session at anytime. This is a good option for certain types of training and other services that don't require us to be at your physical location. We also provide the option of using a free application called Teamviewer to implement the remote session.
